Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective September 18, 2026 · Last Updated: September 18, 2026

Influencermatch Inc. ("Influencermatch", "we", "us") is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI content services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through the platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting process, and enforcement actions. All users, developers, and merchants using the platform must comply with this Policy.

Independent brand & honest marketing. Influencermatch is operated under our own brand and identity. We do not market ourselves as, or present ourselves as, any AI model provider's brand (for example, as an "official GPT app"), we do not use any model provider's name or logo as our own brand, we do not exaggerate our capabilities, we do not imply endorsement by any model provider, and we do not conceal that our outputs are AI-generated. Our AI features are powered by the DeepSeek model deepseek-chat; that disclosure does not make us an agent of, or endorsed by, DeepSeek.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content formats supported by the Service:

Influencermatch produces text output only. It does not generate images or video.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

The platform expressly prohibits using the Service to generate any of the following six categories of content:

The sections below further break down these categories and other violations.

2.1 Zero Tolerance

The following content is actioned immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report it to the competent authorities:

CSAM zero tolerance: Generating or distributing any content that depicts, promotes, or sexualizes the abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited. Any such content detected or reported will result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of the content, and reporting to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

2.2 Strictly Restricted (Subject to Review)

2.3 General Prohibitions
